This week, we start off talking a bit about the new Star Trek reboot and what we think of what we've seen so far. After that, we're getting a little introspective on ya as we talk about the connection between creativity and a greater sensitivity in life and what that relationship can do to a person. What does the ability (and sometimes need) to create mean for an individual? Why do so many creative people experience such problems staying on an even keel? Is turbulence a necessary byproduct of creation? This show is a bit more personal than most, and hopefully it stays entertaining and doesn't get bogged down. Enjoy!

A very interesting show, should I consider myself lucky that I\'m not very creative? I do have day to day contact with someone who can be quite unstable, he is creative, but in a very narrow field, and one that unfortunately that won\'t support him. After doing a little research, it appears that he has an episodic paranoid personality disorder. This means that occasionally he goes on major rants about how everyone is out to get him, we talk behind his back, brings up comments from years ago, sometimes about inconsequential thing like his football team not winning, or his bad reading of peoples body language, even a glance across the room at him can be misconstrued.. In short he can be good to work with until he starts go off the rails, then he starts screwing up his job and upsetting his friends, usually there is months between episodes. Then he\'ll build up to a major vent, pick a target and go off, it\'s been me the last couple of times, the last time I told him to \"fuck off and grow up\". The next day he was fine again. We did a supposed left brain, right brain test on line, he couldn\'t or didn\'t switch for almost 3 mins, in that time I switched about 45 times. Shows how when he gets thing stuck in his head, they stay stuck. Do you think a good bitch slap might fix him, I know it would make me feel better.

P.S. I love going into pet stores just to check out whats there, and I\'ve got a big dog and 2 cats, and I wouldn\'t be without animals in my life.
